In response to the current situation, we have adjusted our studio protocols in order to ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients.
Between bookings, we properly sanitize all high-touch surfaces at the studio such as doorknobs, light switches, makeup tables, equipment, etc.
Please be aware that according to provincial guidance on group size limits.
Health Declaration Form | COVID-19 Liability Waiver
We are taking every precaution to keep users of our space safe, however we cannot be held liable in the event of contracting any illness. The day before using the studio each guest will be required to complete a health declaration form and a COVID-19 Liability Waiver, therefore, please, send us the names and contact details of those who will be joining you so that we may contact them. Upon your arrival you will be asked to confirm your pre-submitted waiver.
Please note that the signed form will be kept on a Contact Tracing list for a period of 14 days after your shoot in order to make it available to health officials if required upon request.
If either you or your clients are not feeling well within 12 hours of your booking, let us know so that our team can reschedule your reservation.
Please note that if you arrive at the studio displaying signs of illness, we will ask you to leave and no refund will be issued.
